BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. — A Broome County man accused of driving drunk following an early-morning crash and authorities said he just got out of jail on a previous DWI conviction.
Deputies arrested Cory Starring, 23, after responding to a two-vehicle crash on Route 17 near the Endwell exit just after four Sunday morning.

According to investigators, Starring rear-ended another car and then ran off.  He was caught after a short foot chase….MORE
