NARRATIVE: On the above date and time, Clinton County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joshua L. Baker on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Plattsburgh Court.

It is alleged that Baker, who was convicted on the charge of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated in December of 2018 and placed on probation, violated the conditions of his probation. Clinton County Probation Department assisted the Sheriff’s Office with locating Baker.
DISPOSITION: Baker was arraigned on the violation of probation warrant in the Town of Plattsburgh Court and committed to the Clinton County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash bail, $500 secured bond. Baker is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Plattsburgh Court on a later date.

DATE AND TIME OF ARREST: 10/31/2019 1953 hours
NARRATIVE: On 10/31/2019 Sheriff’s Deputies arrested John D Smith for allegedly driving while intoxicated. Deputies stopped smith for allegedly speeding in the Town of Black Brook. It is alleged he was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
DISPOSITION Smith was processed at the Sheriff’s Office and released to a third party. He is set to appear in the Town of Black Brook at a later date.
