PRATTVILLE — The Autauga County grand jury has indicted a Montgomery man in what police are calling a DUI-related fatal crash in Prattville.

Benjamin Lee Gibson, 23, of 3224 Asbury Lane faces charges of manslaughter, homicide by vehicle or vessel, and criminally negligent homicide, courthouse records show. Gibson is out on bonds totaling $25,000, records at the Autauga Metro Jail show. …..MORE
